    fix: patch Mastra Code hooks.json and Cursor hook scripts (v2.23.1)

    Fixes gaps in v2.23.0 where two IDEs with their own hook systems
    were not updated:

    1. Mastra Code: hooks.json is the actual hook source, not SKILL.md.
      Added UserPromptSubmit hook, updated PostToolUse message.

    2. Cursor: .cursor/hooks/ scripts are the actual hook source.
      Created user-prompt-submit.sh/ps1 for session recovery.
      Updated post-tool-use.sh/ps1 with progress.md reminder.
      Updated stop.sh/ps1 with completion re-entry guidance.

    Also removed accidentally committed docs/article-v2.md from tracking.
