    • chore(release): v1.6.0

    • chore(release): update CITATION.cff to v1.6.0

    • Address Claude review feedback

    • Regenerate package-lock.json so the root and all workspace entries
      (apps/geolibre-desktop, packages/*) record 1.6.0 instead of the stale
      1.5.0, keeping the lockfile in sync with the bumped package.json files.
    • Add a "reference copy; CI regenerates per release" header to the three
      packaging/winget/*.yaml manifests, matching the note already on the
      aur/copr/linux packaging files, so the intentionally-lagging PackageVersion
      is signposted (winget-releaser owns the real submission to winget-pkgs).
    • Address review feedback (round 2)
    • README: reword the Vector menu bullet to fold the new movement, space-time,
      and cell-coverage tools into the parenthetical tool list, so the restrictive
      "that run in the browser" clause covers them without the spurious comma the
      Claude bot flagged.
    • packaging/winget/*.yaml: make the header's README cross-reference
      unambiguous — point to the "How CI keeps it current" section of the
      README.md in this directory (which documents the version-lag policy), rather
      than the bare "See README.md" that read as the root README.
