    • chore(release): v1.4.0 - version bump and docs update

    Bump the app and Python package minor version 1.3.0 -> 1.4.0 and document
    features added since PR #382 (Notebook panel, Spectral Index toolbox, Raster
    Georeferencer, Field Collection, runtime env overrides), excluding bug fixes.
    Flatten the v1.3 and v1.4 roadmap sections to reduce page nav clutter.

    • Address Claude review feedback
    • README: add a build-time example for VITE_DUCKDB_SPATIAL_EXTENSION_PATH
      (full path/URL to the spatial extension file loaded via LOAD) alongside the
      existing Pyodide block, so air-gapped mirror builds have a value to follow.
    • roadmap: move the Homebrew Cask item ahead of the Android/offline items in
      the flattened v1.3 list so macOS packaging no longer reads as an
      offline/mobile concern.
