    • Address review feedback

    • Refresh package-lock.json to record version 1.10.0 for the root package
      and every bumped workspace entry (was left at 1.9.0 by bump-version.sh,
      which only syncs Cargo.lock). Ran npm install --package-lock-only; no
      dependency ranges changed, only the version fields.
