    • docs: refine tagline to position mobile as responsive layout

    Mobile support is a responsive layout rather than a separate native app,
    so the tagline now reads "across desktop and web environments, with a
    responsive layout for mobile screens" consistently across the README,
    docs, mkdocs site description, and package metadata.

    • Address Claude review feedback
    • architecture.md: add "all" so "from a single npm workspaces monorepo"
      is not stranded after the responsive-layout clause
    • index.md: move the responsive-layout clause out of the capability list so
      it is not mistaken for another feature item
