moamen 2f2aadad02 docs: update README and screenshots for v2.0 ...

- Replace all v1 screenshots with v2 screenshots:
  onboarding, app uninstaller, system junk, user cache, xcode junk
- Rewrite README for v2 feature set (app uninstaller, orphan finder,
  heuristic scanning, native SwiftUI, security features)
- Remove comparison table (was inaccurate)
- Add Architecture section explaining key components
- Add Acknowledgments section crediting community contributors:
  @nguyenhuy158, @edufalcao, @zeck00, @0x-man, @ansidev,
  @fengcheng01, @scholzfuni
- Update hero screenshot to app uninstaller view
