## Summary - Drop the deprecated `playwright-cli-stub` workspace (it was squatting the old `playwright-cli` npm name and had no CI publish step — unlikely to be re-published). - Move `packages/playwright-mcp/*` to the repo root, since `@playwright/mcp` is now the only published package. - Update `Dockerfile`, CI/publish workflows, `roll.js`, `update-readme.js` and `.claude/settings.local.json` to drop the `packages/playwright-mcp/` prefix and workspace plumbing. Verified locally: `npm install` + `npm run lint` produce no README diff, `npm pack --dry-run` yields the same 7-file tarball (`LICENSE`, `README.md`, `cli.js`, `config.d.ts`, `index.d.ts`, `index.js`, `package.json`), and `tests/cli.spec.ts` passes.
