* Extract Durable Task and Azure Functions integrations Remove the migrated implementations, samples, tests, documentation, and repository wiring now owned by microsoft/agent-framework-durable-extension. Preserve Python compatibility through the agent_framework.azure shim and agent-framework-core[all], and leave customer-facing redirects to the new repository.
