Review follow-ups, each verified:
- The announcement template advertised status among the types the agent
monitors, four paragraphs above the new rule that announcements go in
a status type watchers sleep through — a self-contradiction, and a
fleet configured from the template would recreate the announcement
wake loop. status is out of the template's advertised filter, and the
hygiene paragraph now names the inbox filter it relies on and says
outright to keep status out of the wake filter.
- The re-announce-on-filter-change exception existed in the canonical
hygiene rule but not in the two website copies; peers would otherwise
hold stale reachability after a filter change. Both now carry it.
- CHANGELOG's 3.8.0 entry used the reply-blind two-type pair as its
repeat-filter illustration; users configuring from release notes
would sleep through blocked/failed replies. The illustration now
includes task.reply. Guidance text only — no historical claim about
what shipped is altered. (The v3.8.0 GitHub Release body was checked
and does not carry the stale example.)
