    fix: retry Perplexica auto-config up to 5 times with 10s delay

    If Perplexica wasn't running when phase 12 executed (e.g. stuck in
    "Created" state from the cascade bug), the auto-config silently
    failed and the user got the setup wizard. Users don't know what to
    enter for API key/base URL, leading to broken Perplexica configs.

    Now retries 5 times with 10s delays, giving late-starting containers
    up to 50 seconds to become responsive before giving up.

    Found from real user testing on Strix Halo where 3 containers were
    stuck in Created state during initial install.
