feat: improve viewer UI — image rendering, file paths, live mode fixes

- Add trace file path bar (JSONL + HTML) with copy buttons
- Fix Live badge overlapping header stats by moving it into header flow
- Preserve sidebar group collapse state when new SSE entries arrive
- Debounce SSE rendering to batch initial history records
- Default select opus/sonnet entry only on first load, preserve selection after
- Skip empty/whitespace-only text blocks that caused blank gaps before thinking
Bump version to 0.1.4.
