- Remove duplicate token-summary-bar element
- Make per-turn token bar more compact (smaller font, less padding)
- Shrink action bar (smaller padding, border-radius, font, icons)
- Reduce detail panel padding and section margins
- Fix date picker: always include today's date for cross-midnight sessions
- Bump to 0.1.24
