- Enhanced ChatOllama creation logging to show base_url configuration
- Added detailed LLM request/response logging in wrapper
- Logs show our configuration is correct but requests go to random ports
- Error logging captures URL information from exceptions
- Created error handling system for better user feedback
- Complete error handling system with UI improvements
- Enhanced research_service.py with ErrorReportGenerator integration
- Fixed route path in history_routes.py for proper API endpoints
- Updated progress.js to show 'View Error Report' for failed research
- Fixed results.js API endpoint to match backend route changes
- Provides better user experience when Ollama connection issues occur
- Complete error explanation system with 3-tier priority
- Add specific hardcoded patterns for known issues (Ollama port switching, etc)
- Include generated explanations in error reports
- Enhance LLM prompts with category context hints
- Implement priority: specific patterns -> LLM -> simple fallback
- Remove unused broad category templates for cleaner code

- Disabled the 'Understanding the Error' section entirely
- Keeps only essential info: what happened + technical details

- Clean up LLM explainer: remove unused code, add error categories to user reports
