Expands the telemetry, ads, and widgets debloat scripts with additional
privacy tweaks: activity/timeline off, handwriting/ink/speech collection
restricted, typing insights (TIPC) off, program-launch tracking off,
feedback frequency zeroed, cloud + device search-history off, extra
telemetry services disabled, and the Windows 10 taskbar Feeds keys for
the widgets/news panel. Forward and undo scripts stay symmetric.
A few entries from the original suggestion were intentionally left out
as too aggressive or out of scope for a throwaway VM (a CompatTelRunner
IFEO redirect, disabling SafeSearch, blocking Store app updates, cloud
settings-sync toggles, the location sensor, and a few app-compat-risky
service disables).
