    Fixed: 2nd app launch triggered Windows 'Select a session to reconnect to'
    dialog. Self-heal apply now also runs rdprrap-conf --enable so each
    RemoteApp launch gets its own independent session.

    Fixed: stale .desktop entries lingered after apps removed from Windows.
    Refresh is now bidirectional — any winpodx-*.desktop not in the current
    list_available_apps() is removed (icons too).

    Changed: README more informative — for-the-badge Beta + Latest release
    banners at top, plus social/activity shields rows.
