v0.2.0.1 gated apply* and pod apply-fixes on
wait_for_windows_responsive, but migrate's discovery prompt and
provisioner._auto_discover_if_empty still fired without a probe.
Both now wait. All three apply / discovery probes bumped 90s -> 180s
so slower hardware completes on first try.下载附件
