    Critical: _validate_png_bytes called QImage on Qt worker thread,
    racing with Mesa libgallium state owned by the main GUI thread
    -> SEGV on Wayland. Now short-circuits to stdlib walker off
    the main thread.

    Other fixes/additions:

    • install.sh wait-ready 600s -> 1800s (first install needs
      ISO download + Sysprep + OEM apply, takes 15-30 min).
    • GUI Refresh installs .desktop entries (CLI parity).
    • GUI auto-discovery when pod becomes running and app list empty.
    • GUI live log streaming (Live pod / Live app / App log / Stop).
