    Patch release on top of 0.4.1. Two fixes:

    • wait-ready --logs streams dockur's container-internal VNC URL
      (http://127.0.0.1:8006/) but rewrites it to the host's mapped port
      so the URL the user sees matches what their browser can open. Uses
      cfg.pod.vnc_port (default 8007), honors custom values from
      winpodx.toml. Closes #118.
    • debs-publish + rhel-publish 'Ensure release exists' is now
      idempotent (try create, swallow already_exists, verify via view).
      Prevents the duplicate-release race observed on v0.4.1 push that
      broke release.yml's softprops update path.

    591 passed, lint + format clean.
