    First release. Wraps a Pi session with Caveman's hooks and MCP-backed recovery.

    • hook fallback advances on any no-output failure, not only ENOENT, so a stale
      stamped path no longer leaves the CLI in permanent silent direct mode
    • RecoveryClient listens for 'error' on stdin: an EPIPE from a dying
      caveman-mcp used to surface as an uncaught exception that killed the Pi host
    • stop() keeps its timers referenced and escalates to SIGKILL, so a child that
      ignores the stdin close is actually signalled on session shutdown
