    docs(watch): clarify help text — refreshes only on officecli-mediated edits

    watch does not install a FileSystemWatcher; updates arrive only via
    the named pipe from sibling officecli write commands. External edits
    (touch, cp replace, Word desktop save) do not trigger refresh. Also
    bumps version to 1.0.54.
