    Cache-maxing prompt path for DeepSeek V4 (fewer prefix rewrites, higher cache-hit rates), 500K token compaction floor, token-only compaction trigger. npm install resilience with retry/backoff/proxy. Three runtime hotfixes: YOLO sandbox dropped to DangerFullAccess, scroll lock preserved across render resolve, capacity controller disabled by default. README clarity pass from @Agent-Skill-007 (#685).
