i18n(zh-Hans): align product terminology
Standardize provider and sandbox terminology, keep public Fleet vocabulary in English, distinguish the composer from the external editor, and restore the documented live-transcript shortcut. Retain the established 协作准则 wording and runtime-posture distinction so localization does not collapse constitution, Mode, and permission concepts. Focused localization tests pass 22/22 and complete-pack parity remains 1177/1177. Harvested from PR #4908 by @SparkofSpike. Co-authored-by: Sh1Zuku <125943630+SparkofSpike@users.noreply.github.com>
