feat(web): reorient homepage around the project, community, and getting help

Browse Source 
Replace the "Every agent claims to be aligned… CodeWhale can prove it" hero
and the self-referential "judgment stack / see how it decides" sections with
a homepage built to orient and help a visitor:

- Hero: what it is, plainly, plus an honest "Where things stand" status box
  (GLM 5.2 recommended, Codex working, Kimi OAuth broken) and "don't see the
  model you want? open an issue."
- Get started: three linked steps (install → add a key → run it) pointing at
  the real /install, /docs#providers, /docs.
- What's going on: recent repo activity feed + the dispatch.
- Need help?: links to install guide, FAQ, contribute — and for zh visitors a
  China-mirror strip (CNB / npmmirror / Tuna) surfaced up high with the
  CODEWHALE_USE_CNB_MIRROR note, instead of buried in the footer.
- Release credits + "the project" closing block kept (contributor lists, the
  "all feedback is a gift" blockquote in the maintainer's voice).

Cut: the mission-thesis copy, the Mermaid architecture diagram (lives in
/docs), and the feature-marketing block. The homepage now links to help
instead of restating it.

tsc: no new errors from page.tsx (the two TS7006 implicit-any hits are
pre-existing in docs/page.tsx).
