Add a self-contained ManagedAgent sample that provisions a custom managed-agent resource (custom persona + server-side google_search) via `--create` / `--delete` CLI flags, reusing the genai client on `ManagedAgent.api_client`, then drives it with `adk web` / `adk run`.
