errored after merging this [old
PR](https://github.com/e2b-dev/E2B/pull/451), here are the fixes:
- [x] use `WatchOpts` instead of `FilesystemOpts` to avoid TS errors in
js-sdk filesystem method
- [x] fix python-sdk watch test.
