Mish Ushakov 7b687bddbb Fixes CMD parser in Python from_dockerfile method (#1040 )

What was happening is that the following snippet:

```dockerfile
CMD ["sleep", "20"]
```

Was incorrectly converted to:

```
sleep, 20
```
