Fix: assetPrefix refers to correct domains for production & preview environments ( #570 )

This pr fixes the following issue for
[#569 ](https://github.com/e2b-dev/E2B/pull/569 ):
The production vercel environment did not refer assets to the correct
production domain through VERCEL_URL. Hence a custom environment
variable was added to the production environment to account for that.

This pr adds `assetPrefix` property to the `next.config ` for production
builds. This makes sure that absolute urls instead of relative ones are
used on asset urls in the html markup, which makes it possible to proxy
this app from our upcoming new next app.

Add recursive directory watch ( #488 )

Adds recursive directory watch to the SDK and documentation section.
Requires merging and deploying https://github.com/e2b-dev/infra/pull/210
first.
### Proposed API change:
**JS**

### Notes
Python SDK was generated using buf.build/protocolbuffers/python:v28.3.
The runtime check was removed for now. Further tests might be required
to make sure the runtime is at least the generated version before
including the runtime check.
Changing the following in the file spec/envd/buf-python.gen.yaml
(generator) allows using different protoc-gen-python version:
From: `plugin: python`
To: `plugin: buf.build/protocolbuffers/python:v28.3`
