Generate API references workflow ( #449 )

# Description
- For now, any diff in `packages/` makes the workflow run each package's
`./scripts/generate_api_ref.sh`
- Each of these scripts now also copies and creates the proper file
structure, including versions, in
`apps/web/src/app/(docs)/docs/api-reference/`
- Boyscouting & Testing: Include Pty api ref to python sdk workflow &
test if it triggers the workflow
- Once the workflow generates the files, it auto-commits before the
deploy
- Created and integrated a prebuild step for the nextjs app it:
- generates routes for `routes.tsx`
- and generates TOC markowns for api-ref navigation component

Fix Getting Started Examples ( #452 )
...
The current Getting Started examples are broken because 1) they don't
specify the Anthropic SDK version and 2) they use exports from a
deprecated beta version.
The example code has now been migrated in the cookbook
(https://github.com/e2b-dev/e2b-cookbook/commit/d28460156cf07e23c114581dc6dfafb71493418d )
so I'm copying it into the documentation here to fix the examples.
The Anthropic SDK version has also been notes to avoid our examples
suddenly breaking in the future.
