Route static scope translations through CoreTools.Translate, refresh missing locale entries, and tighten translation status reporting so incomplete languages cannot round to 100%.
Remove translation metadata drift enforcement from the PR validation workflow; release jobs can continue refreshing generated metadata.

Replace the bundled WinGet CLI path with a bundled Pinget CLI fallback and use Devolutions.Pinget.Core for structured package metadata.

Make WebBasedData/screenshot-database-v2.json the source of truth for icon and screenshot data. Remove the legacy XLSX source and the checked-in invalid URL snapshot, rewrite scripts/update-icons.ps1 around JSON validation and count synchronization, and fix its fallback behavior when invalid_urls.txt is absent.
Update the icon database contents by repairing truncated package names, adding explicit Devolutions WinGet entries, cleaning up obvious dead URLs, and refreshing stored package counts. Also add scripts/export-icon-database-gallery.ps1 to generate filtered Markdown galleries for visual review of icons and screenshots.
Add the PowerShell-based translation diff, import, validation, and status workflows together with the supporting Copilot skills and documentation.\n\nReplace the legacy Python maintenance scripts, refresh contributor tooling, and complete or normalize the updated language files, including the recent branding fixes.
