with risk classification (unstaged/staged/all/branch scopes)
- Add risk_labels param to trace_call_path: depth-based impact classification
(CRITICAL/HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW) with impact_summary counts
- Add Cursor + Windsurf MCP config auto-registration (install/uninstall)
- Upgrade go-sdk v1.3.1 → v1.4.0 (security fixes, spec compliance)
- Improve tool descriptions with inline regex examples for AI agents
- Update skills documentation and README
