* feat(prospecting): demand-signal discovery branch — find-first-customers (1.1.0)
New 4th branch + references/demand-signals.md: find first customers /
design partners / beta users from recent public pain-demand-timing
signals (5 signal buckets, demand-fit scoring rubric, evidence ledger,
manual-only openers, evidence report). Leverages last30days / social-
fetch / scraping. Also closes two compliance gaps across all branches:
no data brokers/leaked data, no sensitive-trait targeting. Pattern
credit: first-customer-finder Codex skill (MIT). Repo release 2.8.9.

branches; Demand-signal uses 0-100 demand-fit + evidence report
- name Demand-signal in Inputs to Collect + Task-Specific Questions
- GDPR: demand-signal sourcing/outreach is business/professional context
only; exclude personal-distress contexts; consumer posts need channel-
norm outreach, not cold DMs
