    Persist the proxy's per-block sha256 as cipx_spend_blocks.content_sha256 (migration 000110) so AI-spend breakdowns can count distinct blocks by content, and map the new agent_overhead category into the static_overhead lane.

    • test(backend): assert content_sha256 persisted on every cipx block row

    Only the memory block carries a sha256 in the fixture; assert exactly one non-empty content_sha256 across all rows (the memory row = a1b2c3) so a dropped or misordered hash on any other row fails, per PR review.
