Adds a new top-level Cost Intelligence tab covering what the product
captures, how to reduce coding agent spend with it, the three supported
rollout paths, and a dedicated data/privacy/security reference.Pages:
- Overview: where coding agent tokens go and what Cost Intelligence gives you
- Reduce coding agent spend: the see -> price -> apply -> confirm loop
- Installation: MDM (recommended), managed settings, macOS app
- Data, privacy and security: field inventory, example payloads, controls
Removes the self-improving-agents tab and its pages, with redirects so the

Documents installing the plugin on your own machine before a fleet rollout,
framed as a validation and debug step rather than a separate rollout path.
