GEPA stop conditions on a perfect full-eval score, and reflection
mini-batches tagged as mini-batch instead of trial so the existing
FE filter (types: [TRIAL]) and the OptimizationDAO best-score
exclusion actually take effect.3.1.1 has been the version in sdks/opik_optimizer/pyproject.toml since
c00d010248(2026-04-16) but was never published: the publish run that
day (24511199794) failed at the PyPI upload step and was never retried,
leaving PyPI at 3.1.0 and 11 optimizer commits unreleased.Unblocks OPIK-7460 and OPIK-7461. Process gap tracked in OPIK-7514.
