    [OPIK-5094] [BE] fix: propagate opik.tags from OTel root span to trace (#7537)

    The traceBuilder in OpenTelemetryService omitted .tags(), so opik.tags set
    on the root OTel span tagged the span but never the trace, breaking
    trace-level tag filtering for OTel users.
