    • docs(mcp): document hosted-vs-local MCP setup and status commands

Cover the adaptive hosted/local behavior of opik mcp configure, the
--local-server flag, and the new opik mcp status / opik configure status commands on the MCP server page.

    • docs(mcp): reorder page by usefulness, add status command, trim impl detail

Lead with opik mcp configure + opik mcp status, give Opik Cloud a
dedicated section, move all setup/config ahead of the usage section, drop
the --local-server debug flag, and trim internal implementation detail.

    • docs(mcp): add CLI install prerequisite (pip opik>=2.1.3)

    • docs(mcp): add early pointer to manual setup from Quick setup

    • docs(mcp): move npx->uvx rewrite note to the local-server section

The note only matters for the local server; the hosted (cloud) server uses
OAuth and needs no uvx, so it was misleading at the top of the page.

    • docs(mcp): format Quick setup as a Steps walkthrough

Mirror the quickstart page: install -> configure -> restart & verify as
numbered , matching the rest of the docs.

    • docs(mcp): fold npx->uvx migration note into Manual setup

Move it next to the actual uvx snippets (Manual setup) and reword to point at
those commands, instead of the local-server subsection which has no snippets.

    • docs(mcp): document manual hosted-server (HTTP + OAuth) setup

The hosted MCP server can be added by hand too (e.g. claude mcp add --transport http opik-mcp <url>), not only via opik mcp configure. Split Manual setup into
Hosted (HTTP + OAuth, no API key) and Local (uvx stdio) subsections with per-host
    snippets for each.
