    The opik-vercel exporter now ingests AI SDK v4-v7 plus the Vercel eve agent
    framework (ai / gen_ai / eve OTel scopes). Document the version coverage,
    automatic multi-turn eve thread grouping via session id, and cached-token
    usage capture.
