    Follow-up review tweaks after repositioning the owl:

    • Inset the owl 6px from the cell edge (was 2px) so it isn't cramped against
      the column divider on the side it anchors to.
    • Lift the owl icon ~1px so its (low-sitting) eye-circles optically center
      against the "Explain" label.
    • Widen the explanation popover (w-72 -> w-80).
    • Bump padding below the link button (8px -> 12px).
