    [FE] feat(diagnostics): copy for permission_denied run failure (#7407)

    Add a getRunFailureCopy case for the new permission_denied RunFailureCode
    emitted by ollie-assist when an Agent Insights run can't access the project's
    data. Instead of a generic "something went wrong", the UI now explains it's a
    missing workspace permission and to contact the workspace admin.
