    • [OPIK-7016] [FE] fix: align Cost Intelligence navigation with entitlements
    • Adjust access gating by removing isOrganizationAdmin restriction in useAiSpendManager.
    • Propagate isOrganizationAdmin to AiSpendContext and LayoutProviders for better contextual awareness.
    • Update AI Spend workspace navigation path to remove unnecessary /home suffix.
    • feat(sidebar): allow rich (ReactElement) menu-item labels

    Widen MenuItem.label to string | ReactElement so sidebar items can render
    inline content (e.g. a "Soon" tag) next to the label text. Backward
    compatible: existing string labels are unaffected.
