    Add .github/actionlint.yaml declaring the comet-ml org-hosted larger
    runner label under self-hosted-runner.labels so actionlint stops
    reporting it as an unknown label in load_tests.yml and
    build_and_push_docker.yaml, while still catching genuine typos.
