    [OPIK-7163] [SDK] fix: reformat test_adk_concurrency.py with pinned ruff-format (#7296)

    The SDK Linter workflow runs pre-commit --all-files with pinned ruff
    v0.14.14; this file was merged without the pinned ruff-format applied,
    turning the baseline red for every PR touching sdks/python. Collapse the
    single over-wrapped call the pinned formatter flags. No behavior change.
