Updates all user-visible references from "Ollie" to "Opik Connect"
across the frontend UI and fern documentation. Scope is limited to
rendered copy — filenames, endpoints, identifiers, Tailwind classes,
PostHog variant strings, URL slugs, and image paths are intentionally

- [NA] [DOCS] Update Opik Connect doc slugs and fix broken /tracing/ollie links
Renames two fern doc slugs to match the "Opik Connect" product name:
- /ollie → /opik-connect
- /self-improving-agents/ollie-and-your-codebase
→ /self-improving-agents/opik-connect-and-your-codebase
Also fixes pre-existing broken links to /tracing/ollie (that route
never existed; the page slug is top-level) which were flagged in
