    • [NA] [BE] feat: add ai_spend_plugin_ref build arg to build comet frontend from a plugin branch

    Threads a new ai_spend_plugin_ref input (default main) through build_apps.yml
    into build_and_push_docker.yaml, where it sets the checkout ref of the
    opik-plugin-ai-spend repo. This allows deploying a plugin feature branch
    without merging it to the plugin's main. Exposed as a workflow_dispatch input
    so it is selectable in the GitHub UI.
