    [OPIK-7034] [BE] Fix thread annotation queue JOIN conditional in COUNT and STATS queries (#7175)

    The COUNT and STATS queries in ThreadDAO gated the ttaqi JOIN on
    annotation_queue_filters only, but the WHERE clause references ttaqi
    under annotation_queue_id. This broke the SME flow which sets
    annotation_queue_id without annotation_queue_filters.

    Widen the conditional to annotation_queue_filters || annotation_queue_id,
    matching the LIST query and TraceDAO pattern.
