    build(backend): bump clickhouse-java 0.9.0 -> 0.9.8 (#7097)

    Update the clickhouse-java dependency stack (clickhouse-r2dbc,
    clickhouse-http-client, clickhouse-jdbc) to the latest 0.9.8 release to
    pick up upstream maintenance fixes. Also point the test-scoped
    clickhouse-jdbc dependency at the shared ${clickhouse-java.version}
    property — it was hardcoded at 0.9.0 and would otherwise drift out of
    sync with the rest of the driver artifacts.
