[OPIK-6950] [FE] test: add initial Ollie E2E coverage (#7096)

Object (pom/ollie.page.ts) and two cloud-gated specs — a @t1-smoke
ready-state check and a @t2-cuj basic-completion check. Ollie renders
inside a separately-deployed iframe, so the chat UI is reached via
frameLocator and role/data-hook selectors; the host iframe gets a
data-testid as the one stable anchor we own.Implements OPIK-6950: initial Ollie smoke + completion coverage.
