    Replace the placeholder "Budget remaining" card on the AI Spend home
    dashboard with a "Total tokens" KPI (with period-over-period trend),
    summing the cache-tier token metrics the summary endpoint already returns
    (spend_input/cache_read/cache_creation/output_tokens) on the cc.billing
    schema. FE-only — no backend change needed.
