    Home dashboard: KPI summary cards, AI usage breakdown (token/cost Sankey with
    input/harness/output lanes), and a potential-savings recommendations section
    wired to the breakdown (hover a recommendation to highlight its lane).

    User leaderboard: searchable, sortable, virtualized list with expandable
    per-user usage breakdown; a lane hover popover showing the lane's top spend
    items with "View all"; and a resizable lane-details sidebar (user-scoped:
    user email in the header, recommendations hidden).

    Shared/plumbing: reusable AiUsageBreakdown exposing renderLaneWrapper so parents
    own lane wrappers, lane registry, ProgressBar; AI Spend routing, sidebar entry,
    breadcrumbs, and comet plugin wiring.
