    Sync 👍/👎 reactions on Scout's issue comments to Opik as human feedback
    scores, every 30 minutes. Uses the new reusable feedback action published
    from comet-ml/scout-repo-agent, so no checkout/pip is needed here — reads the
    same SCOUT_OPIK_API_KEY secret and SCOUT_OPIK_WORKSPACE variable already
    configured for the triage workflow (scout.yml).

    • [NA] [INFRA] ci: run Scout feedback sync hourly instead of every 30 min

    Reactions trickle in slowly and the sync is idempotent, so hourly is plenty
    and roughly halves the scheduled-run count.
